A Partnership firm, a Mechanical Engineer,  is a specialist in Manufacturing, Administration and Corporate Management in Control Valve Industry. The partnership was later converted to a Pvt. Ltd. Company, R.K. Control Instruments Pvt. Ltd .

He alongwith Mr. N.M. Wadhwani took the company on a technological advancement by collaborating with Brown Boveri Kent, Introl Valves, UK.

RKCIPL being a pioneer company, its founders/promoters Mr RK Jethwani & MR NM Wadhwani have immense experience in manufacturing, designing, application for the process industry where control valve is the final & critical control element, in control loop.  The second generation, Mr Shyam Jethwani, joined the company in the early 90’s infusing fresh thinking in way forward.
